Q: What is the latest date to send an entry?
A: All entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2024.
Q: Are hotels available for contestants and families close to the arena, and do they offer discounts for YBRWF?
A: Yes, hotels are available where reservations can be made. Updated information to come.
Q: Can I ride in the Mom's Steering Riding event and how do I register?
A: Register whenever you check in on Tuesday. A fee to be determined.
Q: Can the public attend the YBRWF events at the coliseum?
A: Tickets can be purchased at the gate for the public.
1st 3 Days: Adults $20, Kids 4-12 $15, 3 & Under are Free per performance.
Q: How do I confirm our entries have been received?
A: You can submit a Contact Us form on the website or send an email to chairman@ybr-now.com .
Q: When are the packets sent out?
A: May 1, 2024
Q: Can I send one money order for entry fees, passes, and t-shirts, or do they all need to be separate?
A: Yes, one money order is fine. Reminder: Entry fee must be postmarked by June 1, 2024.
Q: Can you sign up to be in the finals or do you have to qualify?
A: Most everybody has to qualify, but a limited number of slots are available.
Q: How can I get information on qualifiers or events in our area?

Q: Where can I find the Contestant Bio Form and how do I submit this form?
A: The Contestant Bio Form can be downloaded from any page on the website. Bring your completed form with you to be turned in during check-in.

Q: How do I get a contestant page in the YBRWF Advertising Souvenir program?
A: Send all your information by email to susan@ybr-now.com . Include the ad size, any pictures and text you would like on your ad. We professionally design all ads and send you a proof for approval. Q: How much does an ad cost in the YBRWF Advertising Souvenir program?
A: Full page $175, Half Page $125, Quarter Page $75 and Business Card Page $50.
Q: When is the deadline to submit ads in the souvenir program?
A: The ad deadline is July 1 for reserve space and submit content.
Q: How can I get corrections made to our Association listing on your website?

Q: Do we send birth certificate when we mail our entry?
A: Please send a copy.
Q: Are RV hookups available at the Coliseum?
A: Please contact the Taylor County Expo Center at 325-677-4376.
Q: Will the events be live streamed this year?
A: No.
Q: Are refunds available if a contestant can't make it to the event?
A: Entry fees are refunded prior to the 15 day cutoff. No refunds 15 days prior to the event setup date, medical or non-medical as indicated on your entry form.
